Splinter Cell

Strengths: Amazing graphics. Interesting storyline. Many cool moves.

Weakness: warning: May be addictive. May cause you stay up all night playing. All other games will pale in comparison.

Much better than I though any video game could be. My last video game before this was Sega Genesis and Sonic3, so I have been out of the video games for a while. I'm old enough that I actually owned the first video game system ever (Oddessy 2000 and Pong) - so you know this game is not just for the teenagers! It is amazing how far technology has come in such a (relatively) short period of time....

Splinter Cell

Strengths: Sure the graphics are exceptional and the camera control is top notch...okay, and the game play is enveloping, but this game makes you actually think - what a concept!

Weakness: Comparitively, none

I prefer this to Metal Gear Solid, and think most players of both games would, too. Before buying, know that this game requires strategy and patience. Each level may take you a number of tries. If you are looking for a frag-fest, move on. Save your ammo!

Splinter Cell

Wow. What graphics. Shadowing, characters, enviroment and character movement are pure artwork. I paid $38(before I found the best website ever - pricegrabber!) when this game was new and I see it's down in the $20 range now. Worth every penny.

Splinter Cell

Strengths: Incredible graphics. Absolutely life like textures, lighting, shadows!

Weakness: Some levels are hard and require the cheat book.

If you want to see what the hype is over the XBOX.. then just check out this gorgous game! Loads of fun. I'm playing it again!

Splinter Cell

Strengths: awesome graphics, great story line, creative thoughts

Weakness: not enough shooting, no freedom to save at random

Overall the game tops the charts. Starting off playing, you are intrigued and find yourself staying up all night mastering the different levels. Although you don't have much ammo to waste all of the bad guys, this game makes you think, therefore earning the win. Shooting out the lights is a good feature; along with creeping on the walls, hiding your dead, split jumps, and hanging from a pole and...

Splinter Cell

Strengths: almost everything.

Weakness: low ammo supply.

Splinter Cell is one of the best games for the Xbox.It has some of the best graphics of any game on any console or computer period. The game itself is quite challenging and very interesting. The storyline is superb and the gameplay is phenominal. The style of this game is relatively new concept in gaming where you go on covert operations alone and infiltrate different areas to find more...

Splinter Cell

Strengths: GAMEPLAY, lighting, sound, most everything...

Weakness: slight problems with clipping and AI, but they are easy to overlook

I've played through the entire game and it's wonderful. If you're a fan of Metal Gear Solid, Theif, or Tenchu this game will be highly enjoyable. It's a great game, has a decent story, but some times it can be a bit difficult. You can only save at save points, and sometimes the distance between save points is much too far. You mess up, you do it over, sometimes losing 20-35 minutes of gameplay....

Splinter Cell

Strengths: Graphical detail, use of shadows and adventure

Weakness: Limited ammo and price of the game

Concentrate on the basics to excel at Splinter Cell. You must pass the refresher training and be familiar with the controller keys. PATIENCE is the name of the game to be successful here. You must switch between normal vision and night vision to succeed at this game. Sam, the star of the game, is a CIA operative who is the best in his field (a stud among studs when it comes to spies). Sometimes...

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell

An enemy scientist has spotted you. Sirens are blaring, and two heavily-armed guards are on the way. You have two ways of surviving the situation: 1) Go at them head-on. Crouch behind any nearby object, and try to kill the enemies before they kill you. 2) Hide behind a wall and wait for the enemies to come near. As they approach, looking carefully in all directions, stick your arm out from behind...
