Great new college football experience!

Strengths: Much improved graphics (almost as good as Madden 06). Heisman Trophy mode is very deep and tons of fun. Gameplay makes this a game you look forward to playing when you get up in the morning

Weakness: Graphics still aren't as good as ESPN NFL 2K5 (the best looking sports game on the Xbox). The in-game ads get really annoying at times. Brad Nessler isn't the best play by play announcer

This is an awesome college football experience! Even if you're only mildly interested college football, this is a game you should definitely get. The graphics are much better (though still not as good as ESPN NFL 2K5) and the Heisman trophy mode makes playing a dynasty mode much more fun (you can have a player named after you progress through the years as a college football player). The dorm room...

Another stunning installment to a great dynasty of...

Strengths: Great traditional college ball appealNew features like Race for the Heisman and Impact Players

Weakness: none so far

If you are a fan of real (AKA played on Saturday) football, then this is your game. I have bought this series every year and thoroughly enjoy it each time. This year there are some added features like the Race for the Heisman, where you can actually pick a position and try-out before scouts in the hopes of getting a scholarship. If you don't do so well at first you can just walk-on to your...

Great football

Strengths: Competitive AI and excellent gameplay

Weakness: Graphics look dated

The teams play football like teams, for the most part. The competing team as well as your own team makes plays just like a real game. The controls take a little getting used to, after having played NFL 2K5 for a year. The graphics are weak compared to the beautiful game that ESPN made last year. Overall the gameplay makes up for the lack of visuals.

NCAA Football 06

A lot of things have happened since the release of the last NCAA Football game. The most significant one is that EA Spots has obtained the exclusive license to create college football games. That means this year if you want to get your college football fix you only have one source to do so: EA’s NCAA Football. This puts a lot of pressure on the developers at Tiburon to create the best college...
