Strengths: All around excellence

Strengths: fun, free roaming, great graphics and sound
Weakness: no multiplayer, or XBOX Live
You can play one of three mercenaries. You can do what ever you want. You choose who you do business with the South Koreans, Russian Mafia, Allies. You can pretty much blow up anything. This game was very entertaining and addicting despite the lack of variation in the missions. I'd recommend this game to anyone who likes GTA type gameplay.

Strengths: Great Gameplay, Good level of difficulty, decent AI, Destructable buildings and terrain elements, Open ended sandbox type play in North Korea, Great graphics.
Weakness: Driving Camera doesn't turn with the car to face forward, No Multiplayer =(, Tank driving control can be awkward with 1 analog stick.

Lucasarts has really outdone itself w/ this game. I REALLY LIKED THE GRAND THEFT AUTO SERIES BUT MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE RELATIVELY LIMITED AMOUNT OF DESTRUCTION YOU COULD CAUSE. I MEAN, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE MILITARY HELICOPTER AND THE RHINO TANK, NONE OF THE OTHER VEHICLES CAN SHOOT ROCKETS OR BULLETS AND CAUSE MUCHO MAYHEM.
